M\u00e5ngfald bidrar inte bara till \u00f6kad trivsel och b\u00e4ttre samarbete \u2013 det \u00e4r helt enkelt god aff\u00e4rsm\u00e4ssighet.<\/p>\n<p>Sambandet mellan m\u00e5ngfald i ledningen och ekonomiska resultat blir allt tydligare, men \u00e4nd\u00e5 halkar flera branscher efter och techbranschen \u00e4r inget undantag. De fann bland annat att f\u00f6retag i genomsnitt f\u00f6rb\u00e4ttrar sitt r\u00f6relseresultat med 3\u20135 % per 10-procentig \u00f6kning av k\u00f6nsm\u00e5ngfalden i ledningen. Och <\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">sedan dess har McKinsey fortsatt att unders\u00f6ka och rapportera om samma tema \u2013 och slutsatsen kvarst\u00e5r: f\u00f6retag med st\u00f6rre m\u00e5ngfald i ledningen uppn\u00e5r b\u00e4ttre ekonomiska resultat \u00e4n de med mindre m\u00e5ngfaldiga ledningsgrupper.<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>\u201cN\u00e4r man startar med en god balans i ledningen \u00e4r mycket vunnet. Men en enda ledare, eller en enda avdelning, kan inte b\u00e4ra ansvaret f\u00f6r en god arbetsmilj\u00f6 p\u00e5 egen hand \u2013 det \u00e4r n\u00e5got vi m\u00e5ste bygga tillsammans.\u201d<br \/><strong>\u2013 Vibeke Morthaug, Head of HR<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Vibeke betonar vikten av att odla en kultur d\u00e4r alla k\u00e4nner sig trygga med att de blir sedda och h\u00f6rda. \u201cDet \u00e4r bara positivt n\u00e4r medarbetare inte bara har m\u00f6jlighet att p\u00e5verka, utan faktiskt k\u00e4nner ett ansvar f\u00f6r att g\u00f6ra det. F\u00f6r att lyckas med det m\u00e5ste vi utmana b\u00e5de v\u00e5ra egna och andras etablerade tankes\u00e4tt. S\u00e4rskilt i branscher pr\u00e4glade av starka traditioner.\u201d <br \/>\n<strong>\u2013 Vibeke Morthaug, Head of HR<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Traditionspr\u00e4glade yrkesmilj\u00f6er \u00e4r ingen svaghet i sig, men de skyddar oss inte heller mot de f\u00f6r\u00e4ndringar som sker runt omkring oss. Och f\u00f6r\u00e4ndringar \u00e4r det ingen brist p\u00e5 f\u00f6r ett techf\u00f6retag. \u201cMan m\u00e5ste kontinuerligt utv\u00e4rdera den kompetens som finns i organisationen i f\u00f6rh\u00e5llande till hur man kan arbeta smartare \u2013 s\u00e4rskilt n\u00e4r det g\u00e4ller rekrytering. Resultaten m\u00e5ler upp en oroande bild: trots \u00f6kat fokus p\u00e5 m\u00e5ngfald och inkludering verkar utvecklingen g\u00e5 \u00e5t fel h\u00e5ll.<\/p>\n<h3 data-fontsize=\"26\" style=\"--fontsize: 26; line-height: 1.2;\" data-lineheight=\"31.2px\" class=\"fusion-responsive-typography-calculated\">Rapportens viktigaste slutsatser:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Kvinnor utg\u00f6r endast 19 % av de anst\u00e4llda i tekniska k\u00e4rnroller i Europa \u2013 en minskning fr\u00e5n 22 % \u00e5r 2022<\/li>\n<li>Kvinnor utg\u00f6r endast 13 % av chefsroller och 8 % av seniora ledarroller eller direkt\u00f6rsroller<\/li>\n<li>Inom programvaruutveckling minskar andelen kvinnor med 15 procentenheter fr\u00e5n ing\u00e5ngsniv\u00e5 till toppledning<\/li>\n<li>49 % av kvinnor uppger att de upplevt kr\u00e4nkande beteende eller f\u00f6rdomar p\u00e5 arbetsplatsen det senaste \u00e5ret<\/li>\n<li>82 % av kvinnor upplever att de m\u00e5ste prestera mer \u00e4n sina manliga kollegor<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>I Norden ser vi en s\u00e4rskilt intressant paradox: Finland och Sverige rankas h\u00f6gt bland Europas mest j\u00e4mst\u00e4llda l\u00e4nder, men har \u00e4nd\u00e5 relativt l\u00e5ga andelar kvinnor i teknikroller \u2013 36 % respektive 23 %. Det tyder p\u00e5 att en h\u00f6g grad av generell j\u00e4mst\u00e4lldhet i samh\u00e4llet inte n\u00f6dv\u00e4ndigtvis motsvarar ett inkluderande arbetsliv. Tr\u00f6skeln f\u00f6r att s\u00f6ka sig till, stanna kvar i eller utvecklas vidare inom teknikomr\u00e5det \u00e4r fortfarande h\u00f6g f\u00f6r m\u00e5nga.<\/p>\n<h3 data-fontsize=\"26\" style=\"--fontsize: 26; line-height: 1.2;\" data-lineheight=\"31.2px\" class=\"fusion-responsive-typography-calculated\">McKinsey pekar p\u00e5 tre konkreta fokusomr\u00e5den f\u00f6r f\u00f6retag som vill g\u00f6ra verklig skillnad:<\/h3>\n<h4 data-fontsize=\"20\" style=\"--fontsize: 20; line-height: 1.2; --minfontsize: 20;\" data-lineheight=\"24px\" class=\"fusion-responsive-typography-calculated\">1. Investera i kompetensutveckling inf\u00f6r framtiden<\/h4>\n<p>AI har f\u00f6r\u00e4ndrat kompetensbehoven i de flesta branscher, och bland de teknikroller som p\u00e5verkas mest \u00e4r kvinnor \u00f6verrepresenterade. Organisationer som satsar p\u00e5 omskolning och kompetensutveckling st\u00e4rker inte bara tillg\u00e5ngen p\u00e5 n\u00f6dv\u00e4ndig kunskap inf\u00f6r framtiden \u2013 de bidrar ocks\u00e5 till \u00f6kad m\u00e5ngfald.<\/p>\n<h4 data-fontsize=\"20\" style=\"--fontsize: 20; line-height: 1.2; --minfontsize: 20;\" data-lineheight=\"24px\" class=\"fusion-responsive-typography-calculated\">3. G\u00f6r flexibilitet till en del av arbetsmodellen<\/h4>\n<p>Flexibilitet och hybridarbete har blivit en viktig del av det moderna arbetslivet och \u00e4r av s\u00e4rskild betydelse f\u00f6r kvinnor. Tydliga karri\u00e4rv\u00e4gar, lika m\u00f6jligheter och st\u00f6d i olika livsfaser g\u00f6r det enklare att beh\u00e5lla och utveckla talanger \u00f6ver tid. N\u00e4r flexibilitet kombineras med f\u00f6ruts\u00e4gbarhet \u2013 utan att det begr\u00e4nsar m\u00f6jligheterna till utveckling \u2013 st\u00e4rker vi b\u00e5de trivsel, m\u00e5ngfald och karri\u00e4rutveckling.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>\u201cM\u00e5ngfald handlar inte om att bocka av vissa rutor n\u00e4r vi rekryterar. Det handlar om att vidga den interna \u00f6ppenheten f\u00f6r hur vi t\u00e4nker och arbetar. Vi f\u00e5r aldrig sluta utmana oss sj\u00e4lva, t\u00e4nka annorlunda eller v\u00e5ga prova nya saker.
