Interaxo Intelligence is available as an add-on to Interaxo Project. Open the AI chat in the right-hand side panel to ask questions or request specific project information – whether it’s about your profile, specific rooms, folders, files, or other content in Interaxo.

  • Understands content and context
    The AI assistant can access and interpret folders, documents, and other files in Interaxo. It takes both your query and the context of your project into account when processing information.

  • Keeps track of activity and changes
    It quickly provides complete overviews of existing and newly added files, as well as summaries of all activities during a selected time period.

  • Respects access levels
    It only operates within each user’s role and permissions in Interaxo, and won’t disclose information the user doesn’t already have access to.

Open the AI assistant, select the document you want to review, and specify the standard or requirement it should be checked against. For example:

“Review the supplier’s contract and identify any deviations. If there are any, please explain each one. PS-04 is the applicable contractual standard.”

It will review the document against the specified standard, summarise any identified deviations, and explain them concisely. This helps ensure that your project remains compliant without compromising efficiency or accuracy.
