Interaxo Intelligence is available as an add-on to Interaxo Project. Open the AI chat in the right-hand side panel to ask questions or request specific project information – whether it’s about your profile, specific rooms, folders, files, or other content in Interaxo.

  • Understands content and context
    The AI assistant can access and interpret folders, documents, and other files in Interaxo. It takes both your query and the context of your project into account when processing information.

  • Keeps track of activity and changes
    It quickly provides complete overviews of existing and newly added files, as well as summaries of all activities during a selected time period.

  • Respects access levels
    It only operates within each user’s role and permissions in Interaxo, and won’t disclose information the user doesn’t already have access to.

Review documentation against project requirements

Ensuring that documentation is compliant with project requirements is both challenging and time-consuming. But now, Interaxo Intelligence helps streamline this process and save valuable time. Open the AI assistant, select a document for review, and specify the standard or requirement it should be checked against. For example:

“Review the supplier’s contract and identify any deviations. If there are any, please explain each one. PS-04 is the applicable contractual standard.”

The document is reviewed against the specified standard, and any deviations are summarised and described clearly – supporting compliance without compromising efficiency.

Stay on top of project activity and changes

Keeping track of everything that has happened in a project room or workflow since your last log-in – or during a specific period – is not always easy. Ask the AI assistant to summarise this information for you by entering prompts or questions like:

“Summarise the activities from last week.”
“Which files were updated during week 14?”

It provides a concise summary of activities and changes across Interaxo during the specified time period – making it easier for you to stay updated and follow up on project progress.
