Build with confidence: MMI eliminates uncertainty from the model
Without a clear MMI status, it could be difficult to tell whether a column in the model is a rough sketch or fully calculated and ready for ordering. With MMI in Interaxo BIM Data, this becomes immediately visible – helping you avoid building or designing further based on incomplete information.

Efficient handover of operations and maintenance documentation
Collecting operations and maintenance (O&M) documentation doesn’t have to be all tangled and time-consuming. The result is a complete and well-organised handover package – fully compliant with NS 3451-2022, NS 3457-2021, and NS 3456-2022.
At Construction City, one of mainland Norway’s largest construction projects, Interaxo Project was used as the digital platform for O&M documentation collection. Tom Kristiansen, Project Manager at Construction City Eiendom, says:

Update: Empty folders are now displayed similarly on the right-hand side as in the left-hand menu
This makes it much easier to see which folders contain content and which are empty. The update gives you:
- A faster overview: You can immediately see where content actually exists.
- Consistent view: The same logic runs throughout the entire folder structure.
- Less searching, fewer clicks: No need to open empty folders just to check if there’s anything in them.
A small change that can save you a lot of time in your day-to-day work.
