New feature: File Packages
Work smarter: collect files and entries from different locations and send everything in one package
Tender documentation needs to be sent out. Drawings, specifications and other files need to be shared with multiple recipients. You need to keep track of who has access to what, and for how long.
Now you can stop sharing files one by one.
With File Packages, you can collect files and entries from across multiple rooms into a single package. Once sent, each recipient receives their own link, making it easy to share documentation while maintaining control.
This means you can:
- Stay in control – see who has received the package and who has downloaded its contents.
- Set the limits – choose an expiry date and revoke access to the package at any time.
- Save time – send one package instead of sharing files manually.
- Share securely with competitors – recipients cannot see one another or each other’s activity.
You can choose between static and dynamic packages. A static package contains the content as it was when you sent it, while a dynamic package always displays the latest published revisions. This allows you to choose the option that best suits your needs.
