That’s why much of the contents have been defined in close collaboration with our customers – ensuring that it reflects real needs and practical experience. Areas such as personal data protection, cybersecurity, subcontractor responsibilities, access control, service levels and guarantees are all shaped through this ongoing dialogue. The agreements are also reviewed and updated on a regular basis to reflect regulatory requirements, market developments and technological advancements.
