Our Transparency Act statement

Tribia AS is a Norwegian SaaS company and a subsidiary of Swedish-listed Addnode Group, where we are part of the Process Management division. We operate in accordance with the Norwegian Transparency Act, with a clear commitment to human rights, decent working conditions and sustainable business practices throughout our operations and supply chain.

Tribia AS is a Norwegian SaaS company founded in Oslo in 2001, with approximately 70 employees. We develop and deliver digital solutions to customers in the power, energy, construction and infrastructure sectors. The company is owned by Addnode Group AB and is subject to the Norwegian Transparency Act (“åpenhetsloven”).

We have a Code of Conduct, a supplier policy, and procedures for whistleblowing and internal training to prevent negative consequences on human rights and working conditions. These are anchored at board level and reviewed annually.

Due diligence assessments

In 2025 – in accordance with the OECD’s guidelines – we mapped our supply chain, which primarily consists of Nordic/European suppliers of IT, office maintenance and consultancy services. The overall risk is assessed as low. The most significant identified risk relates to electronic equipment manufactured outside of Europe, where there is a potential risk of labour rights violations at the production level. No actual violations have been identified in the supply chain.

Measures

We require our suppliers to:

  • Have a sufficient Code of Conduct in place, or sign our own
  • Have completed internal training on the Transparency Act for procurement staff
  • Have established procedures for responding to information requests
  • Have followed up with key sub-suppliers

In 2026, we will obtain self-declarations from additional suppliers, strengthen our follow-up procedures and assess affiliation with industry initiatives such as Ethical trade Norway.

Right to information

Anyone may request information about how Tribia AS handles actual and potential adverse impacts on human rights and working conditions, pursuant to Section 6 of the Transparency Act. We respond to enquiries in writing within three weeks.
