Deliveries in Interaxo BIM Data: Greater control over who delivers what and when
The requirements for BIM data are increasing. More parameters, more roles, tighter deadlines. With lengthy BIM manuals and delivery plans, project teams are often left with the same question: What do I actually need to deliver right now?
With Deliveries in Interaxo BIM Data, you clearly define who is responsible for delivering what BIM data in the project, and when it must be delivered – directly in the system where you already work.
This ensures:
- Visible requirements and responsibilities for each role, linked to milestones
- Clear indicators showing which fields must be completed
- Better data quality before objects move further along in the process
All directly in the tool you already use.
Designed for design managers, model managers, architects, and consulting engineers who need better control, fewer clarifications, and stronger project progress.
Less time spent searching. More time spent designing.

Gain a better overview with Interaxo’s new map
Working with infrastructure projects in Interaxo is about to get a lot easier; we’re about to launch maps in Interaxo Project and the Interaxo Capture app. This will simplify the act of pinning site documentation to a location directly in the solution – while designers will be able to locate the documentation on the map. This is particularly useful in projects with long alignments and underground installations.
Please don’t hesitate to reach out to hear more about the new map in Interaxo – or if you’re interested in trying it out for yourselves.
Skanska and Ahus PHN: Full precision in designing a complex door environment
During the expansion of the new department at Akershus University Hospital, District Psychiatric Centre Northbyhagen (PHN), Skanska faced a highly complex door environment with stringent requirements for functionality, security, and user coordination. Using Interaxo BIM Data, Skanska consolidated all information, clarifications, and decisions related to each individual door in one place—accessible to all involved disciplines and roles.
The result was a more efficient workflow throughout the project, with improved collaboration, fewer errors, and faster decision-making processes, both in design meetings and out on the construction site.

Human-in-the-loop combined with the speed of machines
The construction industry is facing a challenging time – and the need for increased efficiency and better cost control has never been greater. How can digital tools help relieve this pressure – and how does this affect the role of people in projects?
Kitty Colbjørnsen Aarseth leads product development at Interaxo and has experience from construction sites, architectural offices, and BIM development. This has given her a unique perspective on the interaction between human judgment and the speed of machines – and she now shares her thoughts on this.

Humans at the heart of the construction industry’s digital shift
The construction industry is still among the least digitalised industries – and following a challenging period, projects have been forced to slow down. With growing pressure to deliver more with less, the need for greater efficiency and cost control has never been more urgent. For our CPO, Kitty Colbjørnsen Aarseth, the key lies in combining human experience with the right digital tools.
